I design irrigation canals, review designs against their cost estimates and supervise construction in South Sumatra and Lampung. Along the way I build the software that work needs: a supervision platform in daily use on seven rice-field development packages, a canal design studio that turns survey data into drawings, cost estimates and specifications, and research into cheaper ways to measure terrain.Saya merencanakan saluran irigasi, mereviu desain terhadap RAB, dan mengawasi konstruksi di Sumatera Selatan dan Lampung. Dari pekerjaan itu saya membangun perangkat lunak yang dibutuhkan: platform pengawasan yang dipakai setiap hari di tujuh paket cetak sawah, studio desain saluran yang mengubah data ukur menjadi gambar, RAB dan spesifikasi teknis, serta riset cara lebih murah mengukur permukaan tanah.

I study Civil Engineering at Sriwijaya University (since 2020) and work on irrigation and agricultural infrastructure in South Sumatra and Lampung: tertiary canal design, cost estimates (RAB), design reviews and construction supervision.Saya kuliah Teknik Sipil di Universitas Sriwijaya (sejak 2020) dan bekerja di infrastruktur irigasi dan pertanian di Sumatera Selatan dan Lampung: perencanaan saluran tersier, RAB, reviu desain, dan pengawasan konstruksi.
Every tool on this site started as a bottleneck in that work. Progress reports that were late or hard to verify became Sipromon. Drawing and pricing dozens of irrigation blocks, then doing it again whenever the hydraulic model changed, became the Long Cross studio. Swamp embankments surveyed without a hydraulic model became a new input path for the same studio. The research follows the same line: how much terrain can a consumer drone measure before you need a full survey crew?Setiap alat di situs ini berawal dari hambatan di pekerjaan itu. Laporan progres yang terlambat atau sulit diverifikasi menjadi Sipromon. Menggambar dan menghitung puluhan petak, lalu mengulanginya setiap kali model hidrolis berubah, menjadi studio Long Cross. Tanggul rawa yang diukur tanpa model hidrolis menjadi jalur input baru di studio yang sama. Riset saya mengikuti garis yang sama: seberapa jauh drone konsumen bisa mengukur permukaan tanah sebelum tim survei lengkap dibutuhkan?
I build with AI coding agents as my development team. I write the engineering rules — design criteria, the unit-price chain, what counts as a finished drawing — decide what gets merged and released, and hold every output to a check I can explain to a reviewer: automated tests, a PDF layout gate, or a recomputation that must match an issued document. Because several agents work in parallel, I also built the coordination board and status system that keeps them out of each other's way.Saya membangun bersama agen AI sebagai tim pengembang. Saya menulis aturan tekniknya — kriteria desain, rantai harga satuan, kapan sebuah gambar dianggap selesai — memutuskan apa yang di-merge dan dirilis, dan setiap hasil harus lolos pemeriksaan yang bisa saya jelaskan ke pereviu: tes otomatis, gerbang tata letak PDF, atau hitung ulang yang harus cocok dengan dokumen yang sudah terbit. Karena beberapa agen bekerja paralel, saya juga membangun papan koordinasi dan sistem status agar mereka tidak saling bertabrakan.

Ten pieces of work, what problem each one solved, and how far it got.
Construction supervision platform. One web app for desk and field: daily progress with photo evidence, S-curves, weekly reports and approvals — in daily use on seven rice-field development packages.
Canal design studio for irrigation planning. Upload HEC-RAS geometry, field conditions and the alignment; the server rebuilds drawings, quantities and the cost estimate, and specifications read the same numbers.
A second input path for the canal studio. Tidal-swamp farmland surveyed as spreadsheets, with no hydraulic model: a data contract, a checker and an embankment design step turn the sheets into drawings.
A repeatable review pipeline instead of 28 manual checks. Detailed designs and cost estimates for 28 locations checked against each other item by item, with review minutes and questions for the designers.
Evidence and progress platform for contractors. A multi-tenant SaaS for contractors: daily evidence, a hash-chained proof log, payment-milestone gates and a read-only view for the client.
Cashier and cash book for small businesses. A web app and an offline-first Android app on Google Play: sales and cash entries stay on the phone and sync when the signal returns.
Research on one flight, three rounds of experiments. How much usable terrain can one consumer-drone flight and open models give you — and where does it stop being trustworthy? Stereo, a single photo, and the fusion of both.
Offline field map for Android. An offline-first field map in the spirit of Avenza Maps: basemap, live GPS, waypoints, georeferenced geo-PDF maps and track recording.
Running many AI coding sessions without collisions. A coordination board and a strict on-disk status system that let several AI coding sessions work in parallel on one laptop without editing the same files.
“An office that forgets”. A browser-based, RPG-style 2D office where a conversation is visible only to whoever is in the room when it happens.

Civil-engineering converters and checks in one local web app: KMZ ↔ shapefile / DWG / coordinates, a tertiary-design checker with 205 rules from the design criteria (each with a page reference), a hydrology workbook generator and a HEC-RAS model builder.
Before the studio: a FastAPI + Next.js app that read raw survey data, designed trapezoid sections and exported PDF/DXF (mid-2026); a headless Python kernel for sections, cut/fill volumes and CAD export; and TerrainValidationEngine, turning validated survey cross-sections into HEC-RAS geometry.
One-click Windows tools for the design team: print cost-estimate workbooks to PDF, and merge and reorder PDF pages into a document package — no Python install needed.
Case studies Measuring terrain with a consumer drone
A concept for re-surveying canal networks with a two-person crew: DIY RTK GNSS for control, drone photogrammetry, a small survey boat with an echosounder for bathymetry, and discharge from drone video (LSPIV). Written as a discussion draft for a university research team.

User-owned AI memory: local-first and end-to-end encrypted; any AI agent plugs in over MCP with scoped, revocable, audited consent. About 1,000 unit tests and two rounds of adversarial review before it was parked.
A control plane for AI agents that take real-world actions: risky actions are held, checked against policy, approved by a person or a verifier, and written to a tamper-evident audit trail; includes an MCP proxy.
An auditor for AI API bills: reconciles usage exports against the contracted rate card and packages provable overcharges into a dispute pack. Feature-complete MVP; parked until the payout assumption is validated.
An AI-assisted business dashboard for small businesses: analytics, CRM pipeline, projects and an AI chat assistant with generated report summaries.
An attempt at an autonomous Android app factory: scheduled AI sessions found ideas, built apps, ran bug-hunting passes and queued them for review. It produced nine app prototypes in three days (May 2026); none was approved for release, and the automation was stopped.
